this was my 5th or so purchase from them and I have never had the need to contact customer service. I think that is the ultimate in customer service, not needing them. Kudos to Newegg. |

I just want to send Newegg a big thank you for their excellent customer service. I'd ordered a video game which never made it to my home. USPS said they'd delivered it, but that wasn't so. When I called Newegg, they were right on it. Within minutes the customer service representative informed me a second game was going to be shipped out first thing the next morning. Not only was I impressed with how quickly and efficiently Newegg addressed the issue, the customer service representatives were so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I have bought from Newegg for years; this recent encounter has only served to strengthen our dedication to Newegg that much more. In addition, I've told several people about my great experience (people who had never before shopped at Newegg). My sister said she is now going to try Newegg. Newegg is a fantastic company all around: good prices, fast shipping, quality products, and excellent service. This is a company which I highly recommend! |

(Edited December 04th by liw5215) ordered a canon camera on 11/12 when it was on sale. order number is 59219837. but UPS lost it. instead of sending a replacement order, newegg refund me the money, asking me to re-order it at the regular price. what an egg! Update: 12/04 Newegg has contacted me to re-order the camera and they will do the price adjustment. |

have purchased from this merchant several times. Always satisfied. However, Newegg would not process my overseas credit card, even though my Australian bank would. I saw a 'hold' on my bank account for the amount of my Newegg purchase. The funds were allocated and I had to write Newegg to get them to release the hold so I could spend money with someone else. Newegg responded quickly and the hold was removed. |

Bought an Acer AS5552 laptop on a lack Friday special. Placed the order about 3 am at a great price ($449 and free shipping). Quick, clear registration and order process. Had my order 3 pm 12/1/10! Pretty happy with the computer. Came with Win 7 Home Premium preloaded. Be certain to follow Acer instructions about burning Recovery disks immediastely.! No medias(as expected) included. Watch the power button, placed near left hinge at very close to left edge. Previous laptop didnt have buttons at that location and it was a convenient place to pick up computer. I accidentally turned off computer during initial set up. Not pretty but WAS my fault. Love the low profile keyboard! Makes for far fewer missed keystrokes (and corrections) for me. Also appreciate having the 10 key-pad to the right once again. Much faster and easier for number entry. Virtual 10 keypads are okay - real ones are BETTER. This machine came equipped with an AMD Phenom three core processor, 4 gb DDR3 mem. |

I enjoyed shopping with New Egg - the price was great and product description was great. The only flaw was the request for the 800 number of the visa card issuer. Since I use a business debit card it does not have an 800# on the back of the card. A work around to this was to use my paypal account. |
