I just want to send Newegg a big thank you for their excellent customer service. I'd ordered a video game which never made it to my home. USPS said they'd delivered it, but that wasn't so. When I called Newegg, they were right on it. Within minutes the customer service representative informed me a second game was going to be shipped out first thing the next morning. Not only was I impressed with how quickly and efficiently Newegg addressed the issue, the customer service representatives were so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I have bought from Newegg for years; this recent encounter has only served to strengthen our dedication to Newegg that much more. In addition, I've told several people about my great experience (people who had never before shopped at Newegg). My sister said she is now going to try Newegg. Newegg is a fantastic company all around: good prices, fast shipping, quality products, and excellent service. This is a company which I highly recommend! |

depending on thequality of packaging for an electronic componets that could easily be damaged.......if the shipping standards are as good as the ease of placing an order then Newegg would rate a high mark in customer use and satisfaction |

I've purchased products from Newegg many times for both home and business over the past several years. I love the website, the prices, and the service. (Edited December 04th by liw5215) ordered a canon camera on 11/12 when it was on sale. order number is 59219837. but UPS lost it. instead of sending a replacement order, newegg refund me the money, asking me to re-order it at the regular price. what an egg! Update: 12/04 Newegg has contacted me to re-order the camera and they will do the price adjustment. |
