NewEgg is an amazing store. I find most of my Tech stuff cheaper here, and it has the same quality as the ones from the "manufacturers", in the case of Apple for instance. |

The mastercard securecode I was prompted to enter is a nuisance and I can never remember this code (rarely if ever used). This is no fault of newegg, though - overall excellent experience. |

Easy as can be. Fast delivery in excellent condition. Great price. SSD works great. Would be nice if the manufacturer would include the screws for the drive but I scrounged up a few on my own. |

Be aware that purchases made via the Newegg Marketplace offer no consumer protections, unlike Amazon or eBay. Newegg just collects the money, takes their cut, and then you're on your own. Their response, when I told them about an inaccurately represented product was "The product was sold and shipped directly by the seller. Newegg is simply a platform." I was told to contact the seller via email and that was my only recourse. They're not involved. They just, you know, collect the money. Wait. You mean they weren't interested in the fact that one of their sellers was misrepresenting products? Nope! This is what they told me. This is what you need to know. Newegg may be fine for buying products from Newegg. However, until they offer any sort of arbitration process or consumer guarantees, you're better off buying somewhere else. |

NewEgg is always one of the first places I look for computer components, parts and peripherals, and 9 times out of 10, their price is usually as good as it gets, and when there are Shell Shocker Deals, the savings are even greater. NewEgg is a site I always recommend to those who are looking for any type of computer-related item; they are sure to have what you're looking for, usually for the best price too. |
